SEEHOTEL

We were there for the Seehasenfest and for our 44th wedding anniversary. First the positive: Hotel clean and nicely furnished. Staff at the reception very friendly. Location very good. Room clean, laundry change every day upon request. Now unfortunately the negative: Bed creaks all night. Staff in the breakfast room very unfriendly and sometimes they just leave you standing there when you want to ask something. The breakfast is the same every day!!! Good thing we were only there for 5 days. And what is absolutely not okay. It is a 4**** hotel and it is standard there that there is also some salmon for breakfast. There is none here. !!! Upon inquiry: Customers have complained often, have told the boss several times, but nothing happens. That is an absolute NOGO.

Arrival was with a bus company. I had a single room. I can only say good things, everything is clean, breakfast and dinner are plentiful. Room clean.

Arrived at 18:00 reception was empty, had to wait for someone to come and didn’t seem very interested. Nobody to help with luggage. Room on the 5th floor that didn’t have elevator access. Had to carry luggage up the stairs. Room was supposedly a suit, but far from it. Walked in and A/C was turned off took 3hrs to cool the room. Horrible night. In the morning asked for a manager which doesn’t come in before 9:30 and receptionist was rolling her eyes at me when I was asking questions. Wouldn’t rate this more than a 2 star at best.
