Europaischer Hof

We stayed for 4 nights in July, everything is to an extremely high standard. Every member of staff we came across was helpful and friendly, great place to stay.

We have been to the Europäischer Hof several times now, and what clearly distinguishes this hotel from other 5-star hotels is that it is owner-managed and not a hotel chain – and you can simply tell. The entire atmosphere in the hotel, the staff, the managers – everyone radiates this warmth. The hotel manager, Ms. von Kretschmann, occasionally helps out at breakfast in the morning, comes to every table, and asks how you are and if everything is okay. You simply feel welcomed differently here, and we like that every time. Whether you prefer the furnishings, the menu, or the ambiance of one hotel or another is a matter of taste and is always open for discussion. But this atmosphere is simply unique. Before this stay, we were also just at the Vierjahreszeiten in Munich again. Also a great hotel, but just very large, everything international, and hundreds of guests everywhere. Everything is a bit larger, more anonymous. It is just completely different here and we appreciate that.

We traveled to Heidelberg for our BRASS ANNIVERSARY and felt very comfortable at the EUROPÄISCHER HOF!
