Good hotel, good apartment. The best is the staff! Especially Mr. Guruge is very helpful and straightforward.

If you book, it says that you can cancel up to just before the reservation date. Once you have paid, you will see that you cannot cancel. I fell ill when the time came, with a high fever, so I tried to get in touch. Several emails were not responded to. I was told by phone that I couldn't cancel because I had a discount, which I didn't know about. He was supposed to pass it on to his boss. Never heard anything again, lost $500, and they just drop you to your death. What an unsympathetic hotel.

Smell of musty is the first thing you smell as soon as you enter the room which by the way was also cold. The cleaning staff had breakfast with us (?!?) preparing sandwiches on top of and in front of serving plates that contained cheeses, hams and whatever... Personally I have never seen such a thing. Our room was renovated and clean but very spartan with linoleum on the floor in the bathroom...
