It is conveniently located, the Plaza Inn, just a few minutes to the highway, and the nice old town of Leonberg can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. I had to find a comfort room in the 8th. Floor, asked off the street, which I also got: a nice, clean and quiet room with views of the Leonberg city park. Only the bathroom was a bit cramped, which is particularly annoying when showering. Otherwise, you feel equally at home at the Plaza Inn, whether it was through the amenities such as a free water bottle, a chocolate bed hopper or a coffee maker - or the friendliness of the staff: I had not taken my charging cable for the cell phone with me and immediately got a suitable replacement cable borrowed.

I booked a night in February 2025 at the Plaza Inn Leonberg for two people (11 February–12 February). What happened after that was an absolute sign of poverty for a supposed 4-star hotel – both in terms of service and in terms of handling complaints. In the evening we lost – yes, self-inflicted – one of the room cards. The reception was not staffed at night (which is questionable with four stars), but an emergency number was given. We called five times within an hour – no response, no one available. So our room remained locked, we could not use it, even though all our belongings were there, including my medication. We had to organize ourselves a place to stay in the middle of the night. And that was just the beginning. What followed was a months-long stalling tactic: • First, it was said that they “took care of it” – no feedback for a month. • After re-following: “still in progress”. • Called again two months later: suddenly no one knew about anything. • I was asked to leave my number – they would get in touch “today or tomorrow at the latest.” Nothing again. • Another call: I should be called back in 10 minutes – again no callback. • Finally, the same employee from the week before – she “forgot about it unfortunately”. Only after almost 4 months did I get an “answer”: They claimed that we only called once, that the night porter had just been “briefly busy” and could not see my number afterwards – and therefore there was no entitlement to a discount. As if that wasn't bold enough, I was offered a small discount on a future booking. As proof, I sent the hotel screenshots of the call log of me and my fellow passengers – with five documented calls, as originally stated. No reaction to that. What I find absolutely disappointing: • No reliable emergency availability, although the hotel has no one on site at night. • No accommodation despite documented failure. • And above all: The feeling that you deliberately wanted to wait for the guest to give up – and if they don’t give up, they try to wriggle out with flimsy excuses. For a 4-star hotel, this is not an acceptable way to treat guests. Service, communication and a sense of responsibility have completely failed me here. I can not recommend this hotel

I stayed at Plaza Inn Leonberg twelve (12) times from April 2024 to February. Usually two (2) weeks each, repeated three (3) weeks. The house offers everything you need even for longer stays. Upon arrival you will be welcomed in a friendly manner. With the visits, the greetings became more personal. Staff in all areas (reception, dining area, kitchen, room maintenance) are competent, courteous and friendly. The facilities of the rooms, I moved into several on different floors and different sides, is impeccable. I didn't feel the accommodation was too loud towards the street. It's quiet in the evening. The rooms🚪can be opened by Smart📱. Free Wi-Fi is provided, power also sufficient to work. The sanitary facilities are small but sufficient and offer everything for personal care. The mattresses were not sagged. Breakfast will not be boring even if you stay for 3 weeks, can also be taken outside in nice weather. The staff, fortunately from different countries, are absolutely great! Courteous, competent, helpful and helpful. Complaints whether justified or unfounded are handled professionally. Even people who are not guests in the house are treated kindly, get information and information. The house is adjacent to the city park, which is quite large for the small place. Water features, a lake, lots of green. In summer there is an international festival with music, dance performances, ⚽tournament and various cuisines. Last year among others 🇦🇱, 🇬🇷, 🇵🇰. Inexactly 💯 meters away is a shopping center with, Attention ladies! several boutiques, various restaurants and a large 'We 💛 food' market. Parking for the motor coaches is plentiful.
