Vital Hotel Gruner Baum

It's not worth the price at all!! Unkind attitude, especially from the older woman in the reception and at breakfast. Does everything quickly and doesn't give attention. In addition to the poor room service (the cleaner with the glasses, Swiss, disrespectful, and as if she was forced to do the job and doesn't tolerate guests). The hotel is like a ghost place, only works by the hour. In the evenings there is no one and there is no service!! Not accessible. We were with small children and strollers. Everything is high stairs. Not clean. There is nothing in the room. Even a small refrigerator. No air conditioners, we suffered at night, mosquitoes and .. A very meager breakfast, there is nothing, they don't renew the dishes. Not clean. We made a mistake and ordered half board, dinner is not included and there is no choice. Don't come near!!! There is another hotel called Wald Hotel, we ran there to have breakfast and stay in it.

Had a wonderful holiday! Food was adequate and varied. Lots of sights nearby.

Warm, hospitable team, cozy hotel where children and dogs are also welcome. Wellness area is soothingly relaxing and the food is fantastic. As a family, but also as a single highly recommended and a stay to repeat.
