Terrible across the board. To be avoided. And it claims to be a 4-star establishment..... Poor cleanliness. The buffet dinner was lacking. No fridge in the room. No wifi. Bathroom without a fan and a high bathtub with a shower. Bus parking €30 per night. Staff was not very courteous. May 2026 tour with Gattinoni (Modena) Valeria G.

We stayed at this hotel during a group trip of 50 people. An outdated hotel that would need a bit more attention, but instead... Little cleanliness in the rooms; in 4 days the beds were never made (they were found just as we left them in the morning), only the towels were changed. No shower in the bathrooms, but a very high and uncomfortable bathtub to climb over with a plastic curtain around it. Television that does not receive Italian channels, non-functioning Wi-Fi. Carpet everywhere. Good breakfast buffet, but the dinner buffet was absolutely poor and insufficient, not only for a 4-star: only three hot dishes (one meat, one fish, and one pasta type), the rest only vegetables. No fruit, but some pastries. Although the hotel is in a peripheral area, thus with plenty of space around, they charge for parking.
