We went only eat, but unfortunatelly, they was full booked, kitchen was same full ordering. Because of this, we ate only cakes and coffee. But the redcurrant cake is fine, kindly staff, good servive, nice interior, amazing ambience. We will back here soon.

We came for lunch recommended by a friend who remembered the place. We arrived at noon and were greeted with a notable smile. The wheat beers became tastier with the pleasantness of the place. In fifteen minutes it was filled with people who know the good food of the region. The Maultaschen (a type of cannelloni filled with meat and herbs) were delicious thanks to their touch of homemade food. The beef Wienerschnitzel (a meat schnitzel) with fries was very good. The ice cream dessert with cherry liqueur and cream, very well prepared and with a homemade touch. Two espressos and a smile to top off a great experience.😋

Hotel Sarbacher stands proud in a beautiful notch across from a large nature reserve and is conveniently located for West Way walkers. Our bedroom overlooked the restaurant patio and was noisy during the day and quiet at night. While we found the staff curt and prices high, the wild game dinner was delicious, and breakfast was simply amazing. Overall a good stay.
