situated way up the top of the town and with extremely limited and tight spaces but if you get a room with a terrace balcony it is well worth it. stunning. rooms clean and comfy and ours room 9 was huge like a mini suite. breakfast solid. dinner not so great would not recommend unfortunately. good value and a pleasing stay. would recommend and stay again

Great authentic hotel in Triberg on a beautiful location. Comfortable, clean and spacious room with good beds and a nice sitting corner. Also a balcony with great view, we sat on the top of the hotel. Some things were a bit outdated and maybe need some maintenance, but the furniture and amenities were very modern and comfortable, also the bathroom, with a walk-in shower with good water pressure and a beautiful wall poster of the waterfalls. Breakfast was good with several delicious German sandwiches and variety of toppings. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel has a good external appearance and offers very beautiful views. The breakfast is good. The family room, which is actually a small apartment, was comfortable and had a good bathroom. The host was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a short walk to the center. The parking is convenient in the hotel's basement. Internally, the hotel is old, unrenovated, with worn-out carpets and slightly deteriorated furniture. Although it is clean, it does not seem like it due to the general state of its equipment, infrastructure, walls, and carpet. It's a shame they don't invest in it, as its location is beautiful and it's very pretty on the outside.
