A comfortable hotel in a very beautiful location. Everything is perfect here, right down to the smallest detail. We were given a very friendly welcome. The room was exceptionally clean and modern without being cold. There was a delicious breakfast, everything was very fresh. There are homemade cakes for afternoon coffee (I can highly recommend them). We felt very comfortable.

Booked a suite for the castle lighting. This was cancelled due to flooding. Contacted the hotel an hour after the official announcement to cancel. No concessions whatsoever, instead the statement: "Heidelberg is always worth a trip". Especially during flooding, of course! Rebooking? No chance. 219 euros wasted - NEVER AGAIN!!! Would give negative stars!

We booked two nights here with our daughter in May 2024. The hotel is about 10 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot from the shopping street in Heidelberg. When we checked in in the afternoon, we were greeted very warmly and the check-in was pleasantly quick. We also received the most important key points and restaurant recommendations. The room was really well maintained and clean. The room was also very spacious, quiet and had a comfortable large bed. A cot was provided on request at no extra charge. The room has a coffee machine, a day bed, two armchairs and a small desk. Breakfast can be booked separately, is very fresh, good and offers gluten-free options. The staff also takes care of individual requests. The hotel is in a quiet area that is also ideal for walking. Parking spaces are available directly at the hotel (for an additional charge). We would visit this great hotel again at any time.
