Best Western Stuttgart 21

SKIP this hotel. THEY MADE US PAY TWICE. This was one of the most inconvenient hotel experiences I've ever had. I've booked through apps like Agoda and Booking.com many times before, and I've never had this problem. We had already paid in full through the app, but when we arrived, the hotel insisted they hadn't received the payment and refused to let us check in unless we paid again. We explained that the issue was between the hotel and their booking partner and asked them to contact their booking partner directly, but they refused. They told us it wasn't their responsibility and that we had to pay again if we wanted our room. As a result, we were charged twice. Ironically, the exact same credit card worked perfectly when we paid the hotel directly, making the whole situation even more frustrating. To make matters worse, the receptionist laughed at us during the ordeal instead of showing any empathy or trying to help. Overall, the customer service was disappointing, and the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.

After 5 minutes straight out. Just horror, this is not a hotel. Everything dirty and it stinks everywhere. Very unfriendly owner

I stayed at the hotel from 9 to 10.2.25. Unfortunately, the hotel is very clean and the room is very comfortable. The room was so far ok, except on the carpeting it had dust, bed and bath/towels were clean. The doorman in the evening was nice and gave good tips for the city and how to get there the easiest. Breakfast is simple but good, even the gentleman where breakfast was made was nice.
