Hotel Neotel Stuttgart

Hotel staff was nice, breakfast was okay and I Iiked coffee machine at the reception, but hotel is very old. Floor in my room was destroyed by some flooding in the past. Walls look like from 80s, and the bathroom is far from modern. I had a balcony, but there were weeds growing, and chairs were dirty. One more thing: do not count for room service, I didn’t have even single room service during my stay. I don’t understand how this hotel can have 4 stars…

the hotel has a modern design and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities the breakfast is fresh and offers a wide selection the staff is very professional and friendly the location of the hotel is very advantageous as it is close to the city center and transport is very easy

The location is convenient, right next to the tram, although there is nothing nearby. The design is cool and interesting. Unfortunately, a lot of things are broken: TV, power socket, reading light, shower enclosure. Breakfast is overpriced at €15. The staff are not able to find their way around.
