No air conditioning We checked in, found it had no AC, and left for another hotel across the street. We were not aware before arrival, but if you back through reviews, the AC has been out in some rooms since at least June, yet they are still booking those rooms without telling travelers. If that is important to you, ask before booking.

Air conditioning broken, room was not cleaned upon arrival

Whilst the hotel itself was pleasant, the room was a little dated with no USB charging ports by the bed, but that's being a little picky. What was more unforgivable was the hideously long check in process which took over an hour from queuing to getting my key card. This is not acceptable even with increased demand. I think it comes down to an old fashioned check in process as each person (bearing in mind there must have been about 100 people waiting) was taking 5 minutes plus to check in, why not install some self chr k in terminals for those who have prepaid? Overall I think management could have taken more of an active stance managing the mass of people rather than hiding in the office!
