We booked a room at this hotel for our employees and are very disappointed with the service and customer interaction.
Initially, despite our request, no invoice was issued to us. When we finally received it, it was completely incorrect twice – in some parts even without listed amounts. We complained about this politely twice and received an unprofessional email with several exclamation points in response.
Instead of making an effort to ensure correct processing, the employee at the front desk acted extremely unprofessionally.
Since our company headquarters is located in Filderstadt, we would have liked to use the hotel regularly for employees and clients. After these experiences, however, we will reconsider that.
