Best Western Plus Atrium

Very friendly welcome, clean room, the team gave everything, our wishes were all captured, overachieved. The breakfast was great, the breakfast room was small 10 years ago, now generous, the counter divided, so we could enjoy undisturbed. DANKE.

Up front, if the location wasn't so convenient for us personally, there would definitely only be one star. Two years ago I stayed at this hotel before and it was all wonderful. Unfortunately, not at all this time. The first room smelled musty, the cupboards were full of dust and there was a stain on the fabric border of the bed. Hopefully just chocolate. After I asked for a dust cloth at the reception, we were assigned another room. Same hallway, diagonally across the street. This room smelled directly much more pleasant. But at second glance it was just as dirty here. The curtains were only partially attached to the designated loops, but that was the least of our problems. Air conditioning misdisplay. The fan in the bathroom was just as dusty as the cabinets. The shower tray had a huge jump and the shower gel from the hotel could not be used because the dispenser then apart a lot. Four nights we spent there in total and lived out of the suitcases. Despite another complaint after the move, no dust was wiped again. Especially when guests are already complaining, attention should be paid to it. The statement that housekeeping has only been around for a week doesn't help. The dust has definitely been lying for some time! The mattresses have also experienced better times, but okay. When we got back to the hotel last night, a towel was missing altogether. The nice lady at the reception gave us a new one directly on request. The reception staff definitely won't be at fault here, but somewhere the worm is massive. Why this hotel still has four stars is a complete mystery to my husband and me. Definitely doesn't deserve it. We will certainly look for something else for the next visit to Ulm.

Room uncleaned, because nibbles were in the carpet and also no towels and hygiene bags were in the room on arrival. Breakfast service to vomit! Staff eats while serving! Buns not baked, bread was still frozen, coffee machine much too strong. Chair dirty.
