Stayed here overnight on the way to Austria as it was reasonably close to the motorway. Parking was easy - right outside the door. Small hotel with few guests. Ulm is a lovely town and worth a visit...

easy to find lovely quiet location good parking,but greeted by grumpy man on desk very poor stairway lighting garden very poor lacking maintenance room ok but dated great breakfast and nice coffee...
