Our second time using this hotel to break a long drive from southern to northern Europe, and we will do so again. A budget hotel in terms of price, but good value: the hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are generously proportioned, the mattresses are good and the shower pressure equally so. But what makes this a hotel a standout is the superb attitude of the staff. On this trip the CARING service from Bjorn Stumm on reception and exceptionally from Roberto Lehmann in the breakfast room made the hotel feel more like a small family hotel than part of a large chain.

Scandalous that 1 elevator works instead of 3. For years. Carpet on rooms full of stains and is worn. Room in itself good. Breakfast and dinner fine

First of all I have to say that the older lady behind the counter is Top.. But otherwise it was moderate to very moderate, the elevator is broken for a long time so you have to make do with 1 elevator for 10 floors (just stand on it if you all want to have breakfast around the same time), the breakfast is good, provided you come early, otherwise no place and a lot on.. The rooms are spacious the bed okay, but no working air conditioning is out of date, we were driven out of our bed at 5.30, so hot was it, if we were the only one now, all understanding but none of the rooms had a working air conditioning, because when we left all the windows were open with all the guests.. Recommended; absolutely not!!
