I felt very comfortable from the very first minute. I became aware of the hotel through Instagram. It does not promise too much. You can really feel the very pleasant, personal, and warm atmosphere. The room is tastefully and comfortably furnished. If my travels lead me back to Heidelberg, I will very gladly choose this hotel again. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay!

My three nights and days in this historic building were accompanied by very attentive and perfect service in all areas of the house. The cuisine is also to be highlighted. For this wonderful private grand hotel, one should overcome any hesitation to enter. It is worth it! There is no arrogance here, but rather friendliness and a sense of well-being!

I admit, the presence of the Europäischer Hof on social media and the owner, Ms. von Kratschmann, made me curious - it is all the nicer then to have ALL expectations met! This wonderful hotel and all the employees you meet there actually create a very special, unique atmosphere and you notice that in so many little things. We have been to many hotels of a comparable level, but here you notice at every turn that people are "thinking ahead." Throughout the house, you encounter friendly and unobtrusively working colleagues, always with a warm smile on their lips. I can also highly recommend the spa, which, as with so many older hotels, was added later, but is extremely intelligently and functionally integrated. Very nice here: the view from the roof terrace! WE WILL BE BACK and will stay longer next time!
