I don't know where to start. The pictures of the example category apartments did not resemble the apartment we had!? Me and my husband were shocked how we moved into the apartment. Luckily, it was only booked for one night, otherwise we would have booked up immediately. It's all very old and not really clean either. The double bed turned out to be a closet bed, with old decked mattresses. The bathroom smelled musty, and there was black hair everywhere (I'm blonde). The fridge was dirty. It was extremely stuffy and unfortunately there is no air conditioning. See also the pictures.

we have checked in late at arround 18:00... was a woman at the reception who did not speak english..... she gave me someone else's rooms......lucky we checked and came fast to change they keys. the rooms were clean....comfortable ...but no toiletries after we took the the luggage up i return to pay...she was gone.....and no one answered the phone written on the door sticker.... the next morning we left early...still no one there at 7:30...so i had to write throw the booking site to ask for an details regarding the payment.... i got the info regarding the payment and they were very nice on the phone. maybe a different person at the reception would be an improvement.....i could not get the wifi code or ask about anything.....even though she was a nice lady....hard to comunicate

One of the most relaxing place, Bad Griesbach have a lot of quiet. Sonnleiten-Rupert is the most affordable place in this area and the people are very nice. Undergroud corridor with acces to the Wohlfulterme, undergroun parking are also usefully.
