Very clean, wonderful view from the window. Polite staff. It's beautiful. Comfortable parking.

Pros: Location of hotel - nice quiet and in the middle of a settlement. Room very clean - in the look of the 60s. The bathroom / WC top and like new. Breakfast and dinner excellent and plentiful. Staff very friendly and try to satisfy the guest (explanation follows below*). Free parking – but be careful when using the underground car park at the very narrow exit and exit Cons: 4* lt. Country category, too much for hotel Wellness area – sauna very small and maximum for 5-6 people Sauna should be available from 16:00 – unless it is forgotten about commissioning by staff (guests wanted to use it at 18:00 after previous waiting time – still not possible. Steam bath not in operation. *Guests are requested by the hotel upon arrival to announce the time for dinner – but then it may be that you have to wait for the main course for more than 1 hour (or for another table up to almost 2 hours) – but the next table got one course after the next immediately after their arrival! – Although the menu was the same for all of us! Only on request, we and another table, received the main course! The additional offers promised (and paid for) by the hotel when booking, such as vouchers for a thermal bath (distance by car about 1 hour – although a very nice one could be reached in about 30 minutes). Bus tickets must be paid for by the guest on the bus and then taken by the guest to the tourist information office to get the amount paid refunded. That is why we also gave the rating with 3 stars. At check out we, who for us, communicated grievances to the lady at reception and found that she was very uncomfortable with the communicated grievances. There was a very polite apology and a commitment that a clarifying conversation would follow with the persons acting. Nevertheless, this stay at this hotel will have been the first and last for us.

Very nice quiet hotel with large rooms and nice sauna. Everything clean and well maintained. The underground car park is a bit cramped but it fits even larger cars. The only weakness is the capacity of the restaurant. If the hotel is well attended you should reserve a table for dinner early. Otherwise it can happen that you have to wait until a table becomes available.
