Atlas Posthotel

Reception was fine in itself, we were helped nicely. but apparently you are normally supposed to check in electronically online or via a display. So you don't see any staff. You will then receive your room number and a code for the lock. This may work well, but it wasn't. During the entire 2-night stay we had to re-key the code several times. It just didn’t seem to work properly, even with a small pen to touch, the system didn’t work flawlessly. So on departure I also indicated this and then you get an answer, younger people have no problems with that. Well, first of all, I'm not a digibe and I'm not an old one... and secondly, I've seen young people fight with this lock, too. You'll only have a few drinks, so you'll be sleeping in the hallway. My second flaw is the fridge that was broken, light is on, but does not cool. first day already indicated, nothing is done with it. Upon departure, the report was not known or passed on. Answer from reception on departure: whether the fridge was on? yes light is on and switch is on three. You feel a little bit ahead of... put and not taken seriously. Furthermore, no air conditioning in the room so very hot. Totally no view from this room, windows start at 1.5 high and then you look at planters or something. Don't take this room (108) There was no plus, yes. The breakfast was good. Overall, I think the service is really lacking.

Very friendly, nice staff. Rooms are very nice and newly furnished and equipped with everything you would expect. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Very large and tasty selection of sausages, fruit and juices as well as yoghurts.

Good location. Easy check in with friendly staff. Nice looking hotel let down by housekeeping. Left towels to be replaced with fresh ones but housekeeping took the towels and left us with the hand towels we hadn’t used. No toiletries replaced therefore had to buy shampoo. No soap in the rooms. Floor was dusty. No aircon or fan so rooms become uncomfortably hot on summer nights. Limited parking at the hotel, enough for 4 vehicles. Which was disappointing., as this was the reason we picked this hotel. Would pick another hotel if visiting this area again.
