Anyone who knows A&O Hotels is aware of the lack of service. No question, it always depends on the price. But having two out of two elevators closed during peak travel season without prior notice is logistical nonsense. Personally, I suffer from asthma, which makes it harder for me to climb floors on foot. Furthermore, I continue to wonder, what do guests who rely on a wheelchair or perhaps a stroller do in this case?? Kind regards to the management, you did a good job. I will prefer to avoid the hotels in your hotel chain in the future.

Horrible experience, I have never stayed in such an obscene place, it is a hostel that passes itself off as a hotel, the rooms are to say the least obscene, dirty, dust everywhere, fan never cleaned with absurd heat, bathroom dirty with hair, towels non-existent and the worst thing, the sheets stained with blood including the pillow, pillowcases and sheets dirty, brought it to the attention of the reception downstairs, they had told me that someone would have to come to clean the next day but no one was seen, obscene, where we left our stuff there it remained on the floor, disgusting, they will never see me again...

This is the worst hostel we've ever stayed at. Showers are full of mold, no water pressure, water temperature is highly uneven. There's no air conditioning and the air is bad. The kitchen is a joke. As if that isn't enough: you can't sleep because trains are passing every ten minutes. They're so loud it feels like they travel through the room. A hostel where you cannot sleep is not a hostel, it's more like a prison. We changed room, and it's a bit better, but there are long hairs allover the room. It's a joke.
