Angelo Hotel Munich Leutenberg

Worst experience. Breakfast was poor no bread toster, no hot milk or hot chocolate in the machine. The bathroom was the worst experience. Water was flowing out side the shower and because of above reason we wanted to check out. And according to my ihg tearm and Conditions I was allowed to cancel my pending stay. but they refused to refund . And they were disowning the Conditions of ihg in my email. But I stick to the point and finally after lots of struggle they did refund.. And we left. But it was a terrible experience. Will never go again to this place. Unprofessional and rude front desk staff. Instead of improving there services they become argumentative. This place should not be holiday inn. Its way below ihg standard. Neol or noel cant remember the name of the guy but he was very rude and unprofessional. Pranay was another unprofessional guy at chekin wearing round neck tshirt feeling like total unprofessional and talking proudly. . Improve your service guys instead of doing argument with your costumers focus on Improving your service. And focus on your behaviour. After checking out we stayed at holiday inn westpark. And we dint have any problem everything was great there. So learn from your other hotel. Bed was nice slept very well. Room was spacious and new but need Proper cleaning. Interior is very nice but be warm with your guest. Guest need warm places. And improve basic food quality. Fitness centre was nice. Overall ambience is nice But front desk and management shoud be changed or need very strong improvement.

Clean and quiet rooms. Hotel convenient to the tram to reach the center. Very kind staff, even if strict about the check-in time. Parking is a bit expensive.

Not a very great experience stay at HI Munich on Leuchtenbergring. Service isbad with no call pickup during day after multiple attempts. Even after paying so much, they don't give you additional complimentary water bottles. They didn't inform where hotel parking is and on checkout day charged me €25 for the parking without any waiver. WiFi is very poor with frequent disconnection and low speed. Overall don't spoil your vacation staying here, there are much better properties in Munich.
