I had a room to the backyard, yet it was very noisy as every table or chair back can be heard by neighbors. The kitchen and the room are not really clean, spots on the couch (room 219) and overall dingy.

The hotel's got a nice vibe, feels comfy, and the facilities are top-notch But, it would've been way nicer if there was someone to help with the bags and if they cleaned the rooms more often These little extras would really up the ante on the stay

I was in Munich for work. The stop of the tram directly in front of the house offers a good connection - for noise sensitive people I still recommend earplugs.
