Eurostars Book

We spent 5 nights at the Eurostars Book Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. As a Star Traveller loyalty member of the Eurostars chain, I must say we were extremely satisfied with the standards and the service we received during our stay. The literary theme is unique and creative, making the hotel stand out.The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) and within walking distance to the city center. Our room was modern, spacious, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable.The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a huge variety of delicious options. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Munich next time!

Comfortable room, impeccable bathroom. Good sleep. Excellent breakfast. It is 150 meters from the station. 600 meters to the center. Quiet place even though it is close to the station. Recommended

A disaster. I arrived at the hotel at 9 p.m. and wanted to order a drink. 4 people in front of me.. When I said at 9:20 p.m. that I would like to order something, I was told one moment please. Where are we here? 4-star hotel??? I'm not laughing to death. It is now 9:38 p.m. and I have finally received something to drink. The employee is chewing gum in a relaxed manner and is completely overwhelmed. Next time we will choose a different hotel. It used to be nice there.
