You always have to look at what you are rating, and the location near the main train station is top; in addition, it is clean, you have friendly staff, and when I arrived, everyone received a free bottle of water. What did bother me, however, is that there is no air conditioning, and the ceiling fan as well as the regular one simply aren't enough in this summer when it is hot. However, it is great that you have 2, and considering the price and everything else, it is a good, affordable alternative in Munich, though optimal only when it is under 30 degrees.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is centrally located. THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE AC so not a good fit for the summer. The advertised ceiling fan did not exist in my room - only a medium floor fan was provided. It is too noisy to open the windows at night to cool down. The single room is tiny and completely claustrophobic, even compared to other modest European hotels I’ve used. I left after one night because it was unlivable, and the hotel would not reimburse.

Large hotel directly at the main train station in Munich. Room in the top floor was okay. Large bathroom. Noise from the construction site at the train station was a bit annoying during the day, but quiet at night. Parking in the courtyard. Tram and bus directly in front of the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. We did not take advantage of breakfast. Recommended.
