Hotel Italia

The photos of the hotel inside certainly don’t match what you see when you arrive it’s got to be the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at. First the area is not nice lots of homeless and drunken people about the hotel is based in not a nice area lots of migrant males who made it feel very unsafe with there shouting and staring and drug dealing. Second the hotel is very dated and upon entering the bedroom it stunk of cigarettes also the strip club next door has it’s music blasting till 8am which you can very much hear. Third the breakfast is absolutely terrible lumpy yogurt cheap nasty coffee it all just looks so poorly presented nothing could bring me back to this hotel

This is like a hostel gangs of migrants everywhere night flelt very unsafe wouldn’t want my daughters walking back here alone ! very old hotel pictures of room etc dining reception area are Not what it looks like I had cheap flimsy pillows didn’t want to use them as they looked unclean breakfast awful cheap weak coffee soggy fruit odd looking yoghurt ! had to have toast strong cigarette smell coming through shower vent music deep base thudding al night till 8am so couldn’t sleep reception tried to dismiss my complaint or offer any refund and ignored my complaint through booking.com defo not recommend

Staff friendly, good breakfast, comfortable room, but no discount on parking as they said it would be. The music from the stripbar/cabaret Femina is until breakfast, so you can feel vibrations of basses on the dining table if you come before 8,30AM. Location is great distance to center and public transport.
