The location of this hotel is fantastic, beds also fine. But it's outdated. Shower lovely, but the bathroom is really small and old (deluxe room...). It is very hot in the rooms - no air conditioning and that is not a disaster, but at 37 degrees and full sun on the windows it is difficult to sleep. There are fans, though. Breakfast fine (reasonable price of 16 euros). The price/quality ratio of the room was not in order (230 euros per night). The nice garden was not accessible due to renovation. Nothing was reported about this when booking or entering. Reception people very nice, the lady of breakfast grumpy.

We absolutely loved our stay at Boutique Hotel Splendid! We were a group of eight women (four rooms) and each one was great. The beds were very comfy, great water pressure, clean and tastefully decorated. Perfect location and we found it very quiet. We truly loved being able to sit in the library and have a drink at night or afternoon coffee. The environment is warm and welcoming, just like all the lovely staff who were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious as well. Our future travel plans have this hotel bookmarked, we will definitely stay again.

Fantastic location; near park and museums, with lots of cozy cafes, restaurants and an ice cream shop down the street with delicious ice cream. Only 2 metro stops from main station. Very quiet too. Welcome very warm and welcoming. The styling is very cozy, tasteful and warm, both from shared areas and rooms. And there is a lovely garden with plenty of seating to enjoy a drink, read a book... I liked my room very much; located on a higher floor with a 'green' view. And also very tastefully styled. See picture. I slept very well there. Everything is super-clean and well maintained. Warmly / warmly recommended:)
