Beautifully renovated hotel with very comfortable amenities and an extremely generous and varied breakfast buffet. The room lacks nothing. Friendly service. Location is not nice, but convenient and quiet, especially the rooms facing the inner courtyard. Unfortunately, there are weaknesses in cleanliness. The room had apparently not been occupied for a long time and was heavily dusty in places, the water in the toilet was stagnant and discolored. Heavily calcified shower heads. Signs of decay at the drain in the minibar. Floor in the buffet area sticky.

The hotel is clean, at good lication and the air conditioning works great. Having two elevators was very convenient, and we loved the lobby machine that provided fresh sparkling water day and night. All of the staff were genuinely nice and helpful. When our airline delayed our luggage (which was supposed to be delivered to Hotel Marc), the staff went out of their way to share their experience and tips on how other guests handled similar issues, which was immensely helpful. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Munich!

Business-friendly location for sightseeing, less than a 10-minute walk from Munich Central Station. Room. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. Air conditioning is available. We were also pleased with the free coffee server service, mineral water service is only available for the first night, but there is a water dispenser in the lobby.
