Mdhotel Restaurant Bauer

Due to our very positive experiences from two previous stays, we recently spent another week at Gasthof Bauer. Kitchen and Service were excellent this time too. However, on two days, unfortunately, the hot water supply was out for a longer period of time. There is no dispute that such a thing can happen. What is crucial, however, is how a reputable house behaves towards its guests in such a situation. On request on the second day, we were told that a board was replaced in the first failure and now another thing had to be replaced. No regret was expressed on this occasion. On the contrary, when asked about a discount on the two-day accounting, it was rejected on the brazen grounds that it would have been only one day anyway !! Just in passing, it should be mentioned that instead of the offered 125,00 € per night for the double room with breakfast to all abundance 135,90 € was charged to us ! That we can no longer recommend Gasthof Bauer under the described circumstances, should be understandable. Karin Brockmeier & Heinz-Rüdiger Schneider

Very friendly, very clean. Cozy little hotel with restaurant downstairs. Very clean. Got a room spontaneously. Everything you need and a friendly smile to it. Great breakfast. Located in the city center.

This is a family-run hotel with a wonderful restaurant as well. It is in a great location and well-priced. Our room was clean and had everything that we needed. Breakfast is included, and dinner was superb! We will be back!
