The entire hotel is catastrophic. Starting from the first impression at the reception to the lack of cleanliness throughout the entire building. The breakfast would have been OK if you hadn't had to clear your own table every day, while the staff watched you without lending a hand. The dinner was tasteless cafeteria food. The outdoor facilities were unkempt and not inviting. We cut our short vacation short.

Very clean and tidy room, although a little small for the four nights. Free hotel parking, although we couldn't use the underground car park because the roller shutter was broken. The sauna was small but OK and clean and free to use. The staff were also very friendly and committed. So all in all, this hotel can be highly recommended. It's particularly interesting to mention the possibility of exploring the city on foot from here.

Not aware of the fest woche we were passing through and spent the night here. Extremely friendly receptionist who knew the town well and gave us lots of information,we had breakfast included and did not expect much because our food allergies but the cook/chef surprised us, was well informed and prepared a safe and luxury breakfast for us! Overall great service and very friendly staff!!!
