Positive points: it is inexpensive and there are family rooms. Ours was clean. As for noise at night, it was okay. No difficulties during check-in and check-out, parking for the car. Very easy to reach the center of Munich by public transport. Supermarkets and a few restaurants nearby and a park for the dog. Negative points: no air conditioning in the room, just a fan. Lack of space to move between the beds (ouch, the sharp metal corner). In short, you shouldn't spend too much time there. As for breakfast, no scrambled eggs, nor cakes and pastries. 2 pancake machines that take forever to put out 2 pancakes, so you won't eat more than that. In short, it's not worth it.

The room was not particularly clean, the drain smelled, and it was almost unbearable in the bathroom. There was a bloodstain on the mattress. When I asked for another room key, it was given to me without any questions = anyone could get a key for any random room. The location was not bad since a tram station is almost next to the hotel. However, the street was very loud, and one did not feel particularly safe. The rooms are quite noisy. And the air conditioning does not work. + Location and there were security personnel. And the breakfast buffet is actually good.

One of the worst branches of A&o and very bad staffs . I had booked for 7 nights the room was dirty and i directly checked out the next morning now im asking for refund no one is responding very bad customer service
