Only one elevator in operation. That one also broke down in between. At times, there was no hot water in the room, supposedly because too many people were showering at the same time. We found the breakfast to be monotonous. Limited selection of cold cuts. The beds were good, the air conditioning should be renewed, it has aged but worked perfectly. I find carpet on the room floors outdated, but that is a matter of taste. Staff was friendly overall.

I was completely satisfied with my stay! The staff is exceptionally friendly, from the reception, the service at breakfast and the cleaning staff. The breakfast is good and also the wellness area can be used very well for a little relaxation in between. I will definitely come back on my next stay in Munich.

Good service at a good price. I especially liked the friendliness and the free bubble machine.
