We were there for Ferragosto, booked through booking. We had booked an apartment with a kitchen for 4 people; upon our arrival, they informed us that we had received an upgrade and assigned us 2 connecting apartments for 2 people (25 sqm each). We therefore had 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 tables, 2 single beds, and 1 double sofa bed (very comfortable). By moving the table from the double room, we were able to reconstruct a comfortable table between the two single ones. The kitchen equipment was a bit sparse, everything for 2, the air conditioning in the room was not very refreshing, the cleanliness was not top-notch (dust and the fridge was not clean). A positive note is the possibility of accessing the breakfast room to use the coffee machine for cappuccino, milk, chocolate, coffee, and also fresh water for free, at any time. Breakfast, on the other hand, is a paid service. Staff is kind and helpful at any hour. Despite being near the railway, you don't hear noise and there is no traffic in the surroundings, you sleep very well. A few minutes' walk from the subway. Paid underground parking.

The property is conveniently located near Oberwiesenfeld U-Bahn, and the kitchenette and fridge are useful. However, we found the room much less comfortable than we expected from an aparthotel.
The seating is particularly poor. The main table is a high table with tall bar-style chairs, alongside a very small stool. There is no genuinely comfortable chair where you can sit and relax for any length of time. If you want to eat, work on a laptop or simply sit in the room for a while, the furniture feels much more functional than comfortable.
The bed also appears to be more like a sofa-bed arrangement than a conventional hotel bed, and we did not find it particularly comfortable. The pillows are also poor and provide very little support, which affected the quality of our sleep.
The biggest issue, however, has been the air conditioning. We specifically chose this property because it is advertised as having air conditioning, which was important during a very hot weekend in Munich. The system in our room has not cooled the room effectively. Even with it switched on, set to the coldest position and the fan on its highest setting, it feels much more like air circulation than effective air conditioning. Reception advised us that the air conditioning is working, but the room has remained uncomfortably warm.
This is especially disappointing with temperatures around 30°C and above, because having effective cooling was one of the reasons we chose an air-conditioned property in the first place.
The staff we have dealt with have been polite, and reception has advised us that we can shorten our stay by one night and check out early. We have therefore decided to leave a day earlier than originally planned because of the combination of the heat and the general lack of comfort in the room.
There are positives: the kitchenette is handy, the fridge is useful, and the transport links are very good. However, for us those positives do not outweigh the uncomfortable furniture, poor bed and pillows, and ineffective cooling.
Overall, I would not choose to stay here again, particularly during warm weather.

I stayed for 4 nights with my family at the Olympiapark Aparthotel in Munich. We had a great time and I must thank the staff for their kindness and availability, especially Ms. Jasmin for her guidance and advice.
One area for improvement could be to provide kitchen accessories (pots and pans).
