Best Western Aparthotel Muenchen

The Location was outstanding with frequent Trams to all Areas of Munich. The Rooms were very good and has everything you need. Fridge, Hairdryer, TV and Safe. I was in Room 408 which could be a problem to people who don’t like hearing the Lift noises for example the machine in the lift shaft which clicks when the lift reaches floors but wasn’t a problem with me. Some rooms get cleaned which mine did but my work colleague’s room wasn’t cleaned one day. The staff are lovely. I really enjoyed my Stay there. The Atmosphere was great. The value of the Hotel was very good.

The hotel was nice. We had a comfort room, and while it didn't have a balcony, it had a view towards the Olympic Park. At first, the room door lock was glitching a bit, but it surprisingly fixed itself. The tram took us to the center of Munich in under 10 minutes, but the ticket app worked really poorly. It was about a 3 km walk to BMW Welt and the museum. The air conditioning was great and very easy to adjust. The hotel breakfast was nice, not chaotic at all and with plenty of options. There's also a small bar in the hotel where I got a Cosmo, and it was really good. Near the hotel, there's a restaurant called Axel F, where we had great food and some Hugo Spritz. The housekeeper was great, they always came in the afternoon and brought a new glass water bottle. There was no minibar in the room, just an empty fridge where we could put our own stuff. There are also shops near the hotel at Leonrodplatz. We couldn't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms or the hallway. An affordable hotel, but still a step up in quality. The staff was also very nice :).

Very friendly staff, nice room with a balcony. Good breakfast.
