I paid for a serviced workspace and functional apartment but received an unhygienic and structurally neglected unit.There was active rotting and mold spreading on the walls causing a persistent foul odor. There was also a large exposed cavity hole in the wall blocked with tissues to prevent pest infestation. The kitchen sofa and carpets are deeply stained with dirt and grime. The ironing unit was delivered completely ripped and broken and was never replaced. An unprecedented stench was coming from the bathroom. The hotel is completely disorganized and, in my opinion, highly overpriced for the substandard services it provides. Additionally, the reception staff lack proper English language skills, which constantly leads to miscommunications and misunderstandings.

I stayed at the Living Hotel for over a month in November, and it genuinely became a home away from home. The staff were incredible from day one, and their support really showed when my flight was unexpectedly diverted back. They handled everything with calm professionalism, kept my room for me, and welcomed me back without a single issue. That level of care is something you don’t forget. The location is also perfect. The tram stop is 5 mins walk , and within about 10 minutes you’re at the U‑Bahn and S‑Bahn, making it unbelievably easy to get anywhere in the city. For a long stay, that convenience makes a huge difference. We loved it so much that we returned again at the start of February for another week, and the experience was just as warm and welcoming. The staff remembered us, the service was flawless, and it felt like coming back to friends rather than checking into a hotel. And we’re already planning our next trip in two months — this time bringing more of our family with us, because when you find a place that treats you this well, you want to share it. Living Hotel has earned our trust, our loyalty, and our gratitude. Highly recommended for both short and long stays.
