Paid for Junior Suite, Slept on the Floor! ​After an exhausting flight of over 20 hours from Osaka to Munich, Germany, we arrived at our hotel around midnight. Despite booking a "Junior Suite" room for four people (with two double beds) through Hotels.com and having all the photos and reservation documents, we had the worst experience of our lives. ​Rude and Indifferent Reception: Exhausted, we were kept waiting at reception for an hour at midnight. Moreover, the staff were extremely disrespectful and rude, claiming we had booked the wrong room. ​Missing and Insufficient Rooms: After much insistence, we were given a room where two single beds had been joined together and a portable bed placed next to them (a total of 3 people). There wasn't even a fourth bed for our family of four! ​We Made Our Own Floor Mattress: After a huge argument and fight with the reception, I was forced to open the storage room to get pillows, sheets, and blankets. I had to make my eldest daughter sleep on a makeshift mattress I made on the carpet! ​Hygiene Disaster: The room and bathroom were completely unhygienic. There was mold in the bathroom, and the carpets were extremely dirty and filthy. ​I absolutely do not recommend this establishment, which harms consumers, provides inadequate service, and disregards hygiene standards. We have initiated the complaint process with official consumer rights organizations and Hotels.com, along with the room photos, images of the floor mattress, and payment slips we have! Rude and Indifferent Reception: Exhausted from fatigue, we were kept waiting at reception for an hour at midnight. Moreover, the staff, with an extremely disrespectful and rude attitude, claimed we had booked the wrong room. Insufficient and Inadequate Room: After insisting, the room we were given consisted of two single beds joined together with a portable bed (totaling 3 people). There wasn't even a fourth bed for our family of four! Making Our Own Mattress on the Floor: After a major argument and fight with reception, I had to force them to open the storage room to get pillows, sheets, and blankets. I had to make my eldest daughter sleep on a makeshift mattress I made on the carpet! Hygiene Disaster: The room and bathroom were completely unhygienic. There was mold in the bathroom, and the carpets were extremely dirty and filthy. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment, which is disregarding hygiene standards and failing to provide satisfactory service. We have initiated complaint proceedings with official consumer rights organizations and Hotels.com, providing photos of the room, images of the floor mattress, and edema slips.

A special highlight in the morning at breakfast was definitely Sadri. Very friendly, super help. With a smile like that, the day always starts great! Thank you very much

I mostly enjoy the breakfast on the terrace and the wonderful treatment and hospitality of Mr SADRI who always does his best that myself and my team would start an awesome start of the day! I come quite often and I am really looking forward to the welcoming treatment of mr Sadri at breakfast !
