Hotel ATLAS City

Me and my freind visited from 27.jan.2020 till 31.jan.2020. There is No room service. Tg He rooms are very small for 2 people nearl 7 -m2. Reception is inexperienced workers and hotel style is nearly just ok. No soap and shampoos available in the room. Hotel increases the price when there is a rush or event Lastly we booked from www.booking.com and wanted to leave 2 days earlier and they did not give us our money back for the nights we did not stay in th hotel. Be careful about the refund policy.

The new receptionist had clearly not been inducted into the art of hospitality. When we accessed the room, the remote for the TV didn't work, the phone had no cable to the wall, and the shower screen did not close. So Higgins went back to the counter to report and hopefully receive some much needed maintenance attention only to be told 'I am new, I will report and someone will look into it tomorrow'. Ok, apart from the double bed that could only be accessed from one side, we waited until the next day to get this resolved. LOL, the next morning we meet the manager and clearly he wasn't told about any of our issues so I repeated the list (with some additional problems we found). Talk about Dr Evil!! Wow, he did not like being told his room was riddled with problems! But, with beard and attitude in tow, he said it would be fixed. And to his credit is was. But if you want a easy stay with comfortable surrounds, give this place a miss. Book for one night (hour) only, and make sure you're smashed when you go to sleep! You don't want to deal with the staff if anything goes south, trust me!

Good Location Room VERY small (had a single) No tea/coffee items in the room - asked for a cup and kettle answer was NO, told coffee available anytime in breakfast room every time i went NONE available, staff didn't want to know Unfriendly Staff restaurant only open at breakfast (breakfast was ok) NO bar, when i asked staff laughed and said the centre is 10 mins walk away where you will find bars, before i booked i looked on the website, what they say is not what you get this hotel is in NEED OF A RENOVATION
