Fantastic hotel with a lovely breakfast spread.

Very friendly reception, good parking in the hotel's underground garage, very nice room, and very quiet! An oasis of tranquillity in the hectic city. Minibar, Nespresso machine, everything you need. Breakfast: again extremely friendly and courteous staff, very delicious, everything you want, lovingly prepared, the bread selection super delicious. A place to feel good. Thank you very much, we would love to come back!

I had a reservation from July 4th to 6th for 2 rooms. Booking reservation number: 4547977619. It was a prepaid, non-refundable booking. Due to the air traffic controllers' strike in France on July 3rd and 4th, all my flights were cancelled. This situation was completely beyond my control. I contacted the hotel to cancel my reservation one day before my scheduled arrival — they had enough time to resell the rooms. The hotel refused any kind of goodwill gesture, not even a voucher. Even Booking.com was surprised by their lack of understanding. I will keep posting negative reviews on all social media and booking platforms until I get some kind of refund. This lack of understanding from the hotel is unacceptable
