Leonardo Hotel Munchen City Center

Great location at Hbf. Good breakfast. But otherwise mediocre. But good clean.

Something went wrong with the booking. According to employee we had to cancel and rebook. Then we had to pay 330 euros (?!?!) for a very small room where the air conditioning did not work. As if they were a five-star hotel They thought it was idiotic at the reception but the manager wouldn't do anything about it

I wouldn't bother staying here again. The location is great if you are travelling by train but the hotel is very average. Attempting to charge for a check-in that is only a bit early, when the room is already prepared, is off putting.
