Leonardo Hotel Munich City Centre

My stay at this hotel has been enormously disappointing. In terms of facilities, maintenance, and service, it does not even come close to the category it claims to have; at most, I would give it three very shaky stars. The room and common areas need a comprehensive and urgent renovation. We had to change rooms because the air conditioning was not working and they were substituting it with fans. The most unacceptable thing was the lack of hygiene: I found underwear (some boxers) from the previous guest in the room, something unforgivable. Added to this is a serious internal mobility problem: there is only one elevator for the entire building, so the waits to go up or down are endless. The breakfast is very weak and totally skippable. The only saving grace is the location near the train station, but it does not make up for the rest of the shortcomings at all. Not recommended at all.

Good hotel, it's a little far from the center but there is a subway station next to it, very practical. Good breakfast and very nice service, the staff is very attentive. My only observation is that they should provide streaming access in the rooms, it doesn't make sense nowadays not to have it.

Great location at Hbf. Good breakfast. But otherwise mediocre. But good clean.
