Leonardo Munich Arabellapark Hotel

I spent two nights in this hotel with my 6-year-old daughter and was very satisfied with my choice. Here are my positive points: + The location is good; both the street and subway are within walking distance. + The staff at the reception were very friendly. + The room was adequately equipped; there was a refrigerator. + The mattresses were very comfortable + The room and the bathroom were clean and well-maintained + The location is quiet; we were able to sleep wonderfully with the windows open The price-performance ratio is right!

I stayed two nights at this hotel. Basically it was ok, but not anymore. I can highlight the service at the reception and restaurant. Everyone is very friendly and competent. Important is also that more as enough parking spaces are available, 15,- a day, which is absolutely ok My room was small, nothing special but the bed was comfortable, there was a free bottle of water and a coffee machine. Something I always appreciate. Everything clean, I was asked at check in if I wanted a room cleaning, I also like. It's not like I change towels at home every day. BUT, what in the end means that there is only an average rating, it is not possible to shower without submerging the complete bathroom and from what I learned from my colleague and other guests at check out, this is probably the case in all rooms.. The glass partition is so small that maybe a pet could shower without submerging the floor but nobody else. And that messes up your morning, because the bathroom is already small anyway, a normal shower then puts 50% of it under water, I had to use all my towels, wring them constantly and lost a good 10 minutes of time. Nothing you need in the morning. And in the end, that means that the towels have to be changed daily. And that alone leads to the fact that I will no longer book here. The price was at 128,- reasonable but just not so cheap that I accept such a thing.

If you're not by car, don't go to this hotel! One kilometre to the nearest vehicle! At the same time 300m to the sign of the entrance to the city. There's a gas station. Parking is available for 15 euros. At the same time, parking is free along the road. But you can't get to the hotel door. They move in as usual. They ordered separate beds - they gave a double. When he explained that we were two men and not newly married, we switched to a twin. There's nothing in the bathroom but ferries in jars on the wall. There's a weird pod coffee maker in the room. He pours two tablespoons of water each. The hotel is old, the buttons in the elevators work every time. The staff is diligent and friendly. I didn't take breakfast. The beds are clean and comfortable. Other than that, the dormitory is shrunken on the outskirts.
