RAMADA Hotel & Conference Center Munchen Messe

Great hotel for stay if you want to be outside the city centre. Great staff, nice bar & bistro type restaurant, practical rooms all good. About 500m from a very large shopping complex with many food options. Near conference centres. BUT a long way from the city centre, accessible by public transport/taxi if you have the time and inclination.

Had a room on the first floor with a view of the green roof, it was nicely done! Room okay, nice and quiet. Walls partly quite scratched, the door in the bathroom could not be locked and the 3 glass doors were always somehow open so that it was almost like an obstacle course not to run into them. I didn't use the breakfast, but I did use the bar in the evening - cocktails and waiters were very good! At checkout, they persistently tried to speak English with me... he asked the questions in English, I answered in German... why?? Parking is 25€/day, downstairs at the machines only coin payment is possible, at the reception you can pay with cash or card. Parking spaces are large enough, even for SUVs. I was a guest for 3 nights and didn't have housekeeping a single time. Best location for the trade fair!! Not even 5 minutes.
