Sheraton Arabellapark

We stay at this hotel at least once per month. It has been a while since my last review and, in between, a lot of good things happened at this hotel. So much good that I would almost be inclined to believe they would easily meet the upgrade criteria to beomce a Sheraton (again). The experience is great from start to end. Friendly and efficient check-in. Rooms are nice, A/C works well, WLAN works, Safety deposit boxes work, everything well prepared etc. etc. Breakfast: a big step up from what it was one year ago. Little touches that make the big difference. Much cleaner as well. And much friendlier staff too. We must have stayed there well over a 100 times given when we asked last just after Covid they receptionist told us we were at 83 stays. This hotel is now probably in its best shape ever. And with its location, just a few minutes to the subway, it is defenitely a great choice for whatever you want to do in Munich.

We were received very pleasantly and felt comfortable right away. It is a building from the 1970s, showing some signs of wear, but this does not detract from the comfort and well-being, especially for the price. Especially the spa area and the gym are worth highlighting here.
