Victor's Residenz-Hotel Munchen

I had a wonderful stay at Victor’s Residenz-Hotel München, and I would especially like to recognize a member of the reception team, Simo, whose exceptional professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression on me. As a first-time visitor to Munich, I arrived feeling a little lost and anxious, and unsure of my way around the city. From the moment I checked in, Simo made me feel genuinely welcome and at home. What stood out was not only his efficiency and professionalism, but also his empathy and attention to detail. For example, he noticed that my room did not have slippers and immediately arranged a pair for me without me even having to ask. During what appeared to be a very busy time at reception, he still took the time to provide detailed directions and helpful advice so that I could navigate Munich comfortably and confidently. I also appreciated the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel itself. During my stay, there was an impressive international football display in the lobby with flags from around the world and a World Cup tournament chart. In my tiredness after travelling, I would probably have walked straight past it, but Simo drew my attention to it. It was a thoughtful gesture that helped me feel more connected to the hotel’s friendly and international atmosphere. In many hotels, staff can sometimes treat guests as just another room number. Simo was the complete opposite. He showed genuine care and consideration, recognizing that guests may sometimes feel anxious, lonely, or uncertain in unfamiliar surroundings. His warmth, patience, and attentiveness made a real difference to my experience. It is rare to encounter someone who combines such high professional standards with sincere human kindness. I am very grateful for the care I received and would happily recommend this hotel to others. If Victor’s employs more staff members like Simo, guests can be confident they will be in excellent hands. Thank you, Simo, for making my stay so comfortable and memorable.

My verdict: very good. I celebrated my birthday with 50 friends and relatives at Victor's Unterschleißheim. Preparations and execution of the celebration have gone smoothly under the care of Mr Atim. Attentive and friendly service. The guests were all very satisfied. Ernst Kalkbrenner

I recently stayed at Victor’s Residenz-Hotel München and would like to share my experiences. Pros: Breakfast was really delicious and there was a great selection and fresh produce. The cocktails at the bar tasted good. Cons: Unfortunately, there were also some points that made the stay negative.The room was clearly aging and would have urgently needed a renovation. In the bathroom there was mold in the shower, the water pressure while showering was very low and it took a long time for warm water to come. The mattress was very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we also had to experience that there is no communication between kitchen and check-in we ordered a diner date for a certain time and at the check in the day and time, on the day of the date no one from the kitchen knew anything, in addition the choice of dishes and decoration was deficient. My conclusion: Overall, the stay was bad. The hotel has a bad room where mold is true and unfortunately the Romantic date the with lack of competence and that the know from nix although we have clarified everything at check in from everything true the 3 course menu rather mixed. The only thing the hotel did well is true the good breakfast and location. Condition of rooms and Service should be improved urgently.No recommendation for a stay or special occasions.
