I have been a regular at the Best Western Hotel Nürnberg City West for many years and always love to come here. This hotel convinces across the board and consistently offers excellent quality. The rooms are modern, very clean and tastefully decorated. The air conditioning and flat-screen TV are particularly pleasant, which provide additional comfort. The sanitary facilities are also in perfect condition – everything is always maintained and hygienically clean. Care products such as shower gel are of course available. In addition, the rooms are well equipped: Refrigerator, safe for valuables and coffee making facilities are standard. A big plus is also the balcony, which almost all rooms offer (except the rooms on the basement and on the top floor). Breakfast is absolutely excellent. It’s rich, varied and very delicious – nothing is missing. The breakfast room is also very clean, bright and friendly. It is particularly convenient that breakfast is available from 6:30 a.m., which is ideal for business travelers. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional throughout. It is particularly positive that several languages are spoken, as the team is internationally positioned. You always feel welcome and well looked after. The 24-hour front desk also provides flexibility and security. Also the possibility of credit card payment is very pleasant. The hotel bar invites you to linger and offers a good selection of drinks, snacks and small dishes such as pizza - perfect for the evening. Also worth mentioning is the large, paid parking lot with barrier system, which offers sufficient space. Especially fair: Severely disabled guests and regulars park for free. The reception area is very clean and cozy. In the basement there is also a business centre with computers and printers, and a children's playroom - ideal for families. Dogs are also welcome, which makes the hotel especially pet-friendly. The entire house is barrier-free and equipped for the disabled. Two elevators provide additional comfort. Another nice service is the free coffee and tea service available 24 hours a day at the reception. The location of the hotel is also a great advantage: It is located in a quiet side street, so you can relax well. At the same time, public transport such as the subway, tram and bus are just a few steps away. The connection to long-distance transport is also excellent, with only about 500 metres away. Although sights, museums and the city centre are not within walking distance, you can get anywhere quickly and easily by public transport. In addition, I would like to emphasize that the hotel overall makes a very well maintained and professionally managed impression. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, service and fair prices makes your stay enjoyable every time. The quiet atmosphere in the house also helps to ensure that you can relax here in the best possible way – whether you are travelling for business or pleasure.
