Dormero Hotel Reichenschwand

By far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. This hotel does not even meet the basic legal and gastronomic minimum standards. The rooms are in a catastrophic condition – completely run-down, dirty, and obviously poorly maintained. The hygiene is at a shockingly low level. The food is far below any acceptable standard. The guests are served the cheapest frozen convenience foods, without any trace of freshness or quality. For a hotel business, this is completely unacceptable. The biggest scandal is the staff and the management. Professionalism does not exist here. The staff is extremely unfriendly, disinterested, and behaves as if the guests were a burden and not the reason why the hotel exists at all. Neither upon arrival nor upon departure were we even bid farewell with a simple greeting – that says everything about the level of service. It is completely absurd and unacceptable that you cannot communicate in German with either the staff or the manager in a hotel in the middle of Germany. With his unprofessionalism and inaction, the manager hinders the resolution of problems rather than helping the guests! Communication was practically impossible. I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel and will definitely never come back!

A hotel where one finds excellent service. The majority of the administration is handled digitally. The staff is top-notch and very dedicated everywhere.

I stayed here on my birthday and had a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was excellent, very clean, and comfortable. I also really liked the ambiance of the hotel – stylish, pleasant, and inviting. I felt completely at ease and can only recommend the hotel further.
