Very friendly hotel with comfy room, nice bathroom and a beautiful view over the Regnitz towards it‘s historic sister hotel the Welcome Residenzschloss where we stayed last summer. The two hotels share the same outstanding buffet breakfast

The room, facing the river, was very spacious.Mattresses unfortunately passed through. Bathroom could do with a renovation, rubber waterproofing at the shower and partly also tile joints unappetizing. Rooms are cleaned every 2 days. Breakfast good, attentive services, nice staff at reception. Hotel very nicely located, easily accessible by bus, walking distance to the old town, next to concert hall,
