Great hotel, clean, tidy. Spacious rooms. Breakfast fine. Good value for money. Reception reception friendly.

Terrible. Unfriendly staff, no customer service or humanity. Never recommended as a single traveler

Somewhat underwhelming, the room I stayed in was simple yet sufficient. The bed, however, left much to be desired with its discomfort, featuring two single mattresses on a double base that created an awkward division between them. Despite requesting a kettle when booking, it was not available in the room upon arrival. I had to contact reception to make the request again. When the kettle was eventually brought to the room, it lacked cups and spoons, rendering it somewhat impractical. Throughout my two-night stay, there was no refresh of the room or change of towels, which added to the overall disappointment.
