HANSA APART

I am absolutely positively surprised, great rooms, large, clean, comfortable, especially the duvets are very cuddly. The room layout is very creative. Water bottle and fan provided. Top breakfast and the staff is hard to beat in friendliness and attentiveness. The Wi-Fi is a bit unstable and the cucumbers are cut a bit too thick. Otherwise everything is excellent. Unfortunately, there are such inconsiderate people who walk around in the bathroom in high heels at midnight and slam doors, but in general you hardly hear anything. If I have to go to Regensburg again, then I will definitely book here. Everything is excellent, thank you very much!!!

The Hansa Apart was the final stop of our cycling trip. Unfortunately, at temperatures above 30° C there was no air conditioning in the room and with the window open the traffic noise was enormous (heavy traffic thoroughfare). The cleanliness of the rooms was underground. Plaster strips visible everywhere, dust and uncleaned corners. This impression continued in the restaurant with terrace. The filled ashtray from the day before was still on the table a day later. The table was just as dirty as the day before. At the drinks order the service (in stained clothes) made no attempt to change it. It was only at our request that the ashtray was emptied and put back dirty instead of bringing a clean one. In the breakfast room the same impression. Dirty glasses, dusty shelves and a superficial table cleaning. The staff was striving and friendly, which is ultimately too little for a recommendation. We would not repeat a booking.

It was a short stay at this hotel! We were passing through Hungary on a two week car trip and went back to Amsterdam! That hotel was booked for us by foxreizen! Good hotel, neat room, not far from the center of Regensburg! Good breakfast and friendly staff!!! This hotel we would book so again!
