Hansa Apart-Hotel

A hotel that boasts 4 stars but doesn't deserve more than two. The room is large but gloomy, it was probably rented as an apartment before, now it has a shutter to close off the kitchen area and there is still dirty cutlery in a drawer!! . There is no kettle in the rooms and at the reception, at 9 PM they have already removed access to the coffee machine which, by the way, would cost more than three euros and some hot water for herbal tea 3 euros and 90. Usually, in 4-star hotels, it is offered. Even the cleanliness of the room leaves something to be desired. The bathroom has a tub that you have to climb over to take a shower and the faucet is full of limescale. In short, a disgrace for a 4-star Best Western.

Friendly staff. Room not really clean, dust (clouds) on the carpet at entry, pieces of nail lay on the floor next to the bed. Bathroom and toilet are clean. Disadvantage, showering in a bath. Breakfast fine

I am absolutely positively surprised, great rooms, large, clean, comfortable, especially the duvets are very cuddly. The room layout is very creative. Water bottle and fan provided. Top breakfast and the staff is hard to beat in friendliness and attentiveness. The Wi-Fi is a bit unstable and the cucumbers are cut a bit too thick. Otherwise everything is excellent. Unfortunately, there are such inconsiderate people who walk around in the bathroom in high heels at midnight and slam doors, but in general you hardly hear anything. If I have to go to Regensburg again, then I will definitely book here. Everything is excellent, thank you very much!!!
